Presentation
Founded in 1998, ORADIST is the Official Distributor of Oracle in Tunisia. Since its creation, ORADIST succeeded in reinforcing the position of Oracle technologies in Tunisia by offering all the products of Oracle technologies and applications along with the various associated services, leading to a customer base of more than 500 references. Several national critical projects covering various sectors (FSI, CMU, PS, MRD) are using our infrastructure products. ORADIST ensures for its customers a first level support according to the most requiring standards of Oracle. ORADIST has a competency center for Oracle Applications solutions. Both functional and technical consultants certified for the implementation of the Oracle Applications solutions (ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM,..), our references are locally and regionally. Supported by strategic alliances with various integrators and local ISVs, ORADIST always keeps up to date its partners around Oracle technologies. ORADIST is an “Oracle University Center”. ORADIST Center provides all the courses offered in the catalog of Oracle University, along with the certifications pertaining to different tracks. In 2004, ORADIST Certified Platinum Partner Worldwide; the highest level of Oracle partnership Worldwide was awarded the Business Excellence Award, a highly privileged distinction of Oracle given for the first time to an African partner. Moreover and in order to deepen our commitment to a totally customer centric company, ORADIST has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 to the 2008 version for all of its services and departments.
Organization
To achieve its mission, which is to promote, sell and implement the Oracle products and solutions, ORADIST is organized as follows:
Oracle Technology Department: In charge of Oracle technology products: Database, Application Server, Development Tools, Business Intelligence… .
Oracle Applications Department: In charge of the pre-sales, sales, training and consulting around the Oracle Applications offer (ERP, CRM, HRMS... ).
Consulting Department: Provides the implementation and support around various Oracle Technologies and Solutions.
Support Department: Oracle Support, with certified Oracle engineers in charge of the technical assistance and the hot-line services.
Training Department: An « Oracle Approved Education Center » and authorized « PROMETRIC testing Center » and « PEARSON VUE ». Training courses are given in conformity with Oracle University.
Finance and administrative Department: Manages the back office operations.

Quality Policy
We evolve in a competing and volatile economic environment. This requires from us a great reactivity, a perfect control of the processes and a policy of continuous improvement. For this purpose and to provide services in conformity with the requirements of the customers and the applicable lawful requirements, ORADIST set up a Quality Management System in conformity with the ISO standard 9001 version 2008. This system based on a participative management, makes it possible to implement a Program of continuous improvement while privileging: The increase in the satisfaction of its customers. . The measurement of the performance and the effectiveness of the processes. Permanent Improvement of the processes based on scientific measurements of the objectives and by the mobilization of the whole of the personnel. The insurance of an evolutionary offer and leadership for information technologies. To achieve these goals, each one in its field must be mobilized to answer waiting of the customers and to acquire an adequate professionalism. I commit myself with so that this quality policy is understood, implemented and applied by all in order to ensure a continuous improvement of the Quality Management System as well as an adequacy and a permanent harmonization of this policy and objectives of ORADIST. For this purpose, the person in charge for the Quality Management is the representative of the top management, charged to maintain and set up an effective system fulfilling the requirements of the standard ISO 9001: 2008.
